Brad Boland

In his current position, he is responsible for growing the company’s third-party management platform of independent and branded hotels and resorts to include Vacation Home and Timeshare.
As a results oriented and highly driven hospitality executive, Brad has a solid record of accomplishment over the past 30 years building high performing teams to achieve client and company objectives.
He is well versed in operations, labor relations, brand management, operating transitions, ground up new build hotel openings, and purchase and sale transactions. His operational experience spans hotels in urban, suburban and airport markets throughout North America under brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Intercontinental, as well as independent hotels & resorts.
Prior to joining IHP, Brad was the Resorts Management Director USA for CLC World Resorts & Hotels overseeing two vacation home resorts which included oversight and management of 450 luxury vacation homes and operational oversight of the HOA for 825 units. Prior experience also includes extensive regional and national experience in multi-unit roles with Westmont Hospitality Group, TPG Hotels & Resorts and MeriStar Hotels & Resorts.
Brad currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association, PAC/PC Board of Directors, Governmental Affairs Committee, and Vacation Ownership Council. Brad also serves as Chairman of the Osceola County Tourist Development Council and Board member for the Osceola County West 192 Development Authority.
